Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Advance & Project Kick‑off

Work commences after a 50% advance payment. This fee secures project planning, scheduling, and initial design & setup work.

2. Cancellation By Client

If you cancel the project after work has started, the initial 50% advance is non‑refundable. Any additional payments made beyond the advance will be assessed against work completed, assets delivered, and third‑party costs incurred.

3. Delays & Price Adjustments

Timely inputs are essential. If project timelines extend due to delays in providing content, access, or approvals, pricing may be revised to cover additional coordination and resourcing.

4. Delivery & Acceptance

Milestones will be shared for review and acceptance. Once a milestone is approved, related payments become due and non‑refundable.

5. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or non‑performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, and third‑party service disruptions.
